Cancellations and returns
Cancellation
Cancelling an order, while it has not yet been shipped, is free of charge.
If you cancel the order, after it has been sent to you, then you must refuse the package upon delivery.
If Mosaicshop has already received a payment from you, we will refund the purchase price, upon proper receipt of the return, to you. The shipping costs incurred will be deducted from this (only if you refuse the order at the door and let the delivery driver take it unopened).
Returns / cooling-off period
You have a 14 days cooling-off period to return the product without giving reasons, starting from the day of delivery. Exceptions are specially assembled products or products ordered especially for you.
The product can only be unused and returned in its original packaging. See for more information article [X] of our general terms and conditions.
Do you wish to return the entire order? Items already received should be returned to the return address below. Mosaicshop will refund the entire purchase price, including the calculated shipping costs, to you. The shipping costs for the return are at your expense.
Also when returning part of your order the shipping costs are for your account. The purchase price of the part of the order you returned will be refunded to you. Shipping costs will not be refunded in this case.
All cancellations, exchanges and returns must be notified to Mosaicshop in writing. This can be done by e-mail or post. You must include at least your full name and invoice number.
Voor het terugbetalen van reeds betaalde bedragen (bij vooruitbetalen) hebben wij tevens uw bankrekeningnummer nodig.
Let op: het rekeningnummer dat u opgeeft voor de terugbetaling dient gelijk te zijn aan het rekeningnummer waarvan u de betaling aan Mosaicshop heeft gedaan. Dit i.v.m. eventuele fraude met terugbetalingen.
Eventueel reeds betaalde bedragen worden binnen maximaal 14 dagen aan u terugbetaald.
